President
Muhammadu Buhari, has said that he is not ready to meet with members of
the New Peoples Democratic Party, nPDP, bloc within the ruling All
Progressives Congres, APC, led by Senate President, Bukola Saraki,
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, Senator Rabiu
Kwankwaso, among others.
It was learnt on Monday night, that the President made his position
known at a secret meeting with some APC Governors, at the Aso Rock
Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Members of the nPDP, who defected from the PDP before the 2015
general elections, had recently protested, among other things, what they
called their marginalisation in the ruling APC.
